RELEASE AGREEMENT

It is expressly agreed that all exercise shall be undertaken by me at my sole personal risk and that The Get Fit Nation, its owners, employees and agents shall not be liable to me for any claims, demands, actions, or causes whatsoever; to my person or property arising out of or connected with the use by me of the service and facilities of The Get Fit Nation. I do hereby expressly forever release and discharge The Get Fit Nation from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action and will indemnify The Get Fit Nation, its agents or employees against any damages and costs including legal fees from any such claims. I have read and understand and voluntarily sign the foregoing Release and Indemnity Agreement and I have received a copy of this CONTRACT and release agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement between The Get Fit Nation and the member.
